1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nwpk ("nwpk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://nwpk.io. 3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on nwpk. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nwpk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nwpk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact nwpk support immediately.

3.3 Account Currency

All nwpk accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and all financial transactions on nwpk are processed and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or local bank transfers.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your nwpk account at any time by contacting our support team. nwpk likewise reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where fraudulent activity is detected, or where regulatory obligations require us to do so. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on nwpk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of a dispute, nwpk's decision regarding the outcome of any bet is final. nwpk reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

5.2 Casino Games

• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit differences in odds across markets with the intent to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Submitting fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider after betting funds have been used on the platform.
• Registering more than one account per person, or using another person's identity or payment method to register or fund an account.
• Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content through the nwpk platform or its communication channels.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nwpk staff or other players through any nwpk communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nwpk platform, including but not limited to the nwpk brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, software, and data structures, is the intellectual property of nwpk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any nwpk intellectual property without prior written consent from nwpk.

Game content provided by third-party developers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective companies. nwpk operates as a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.
